Prices on copiers varies by segments of machines, which are classified by the anticipated copy volume per month in either color or black and white.
- Segment 1: Rated for approximately 1,000 copies per month, ranging in price between $1,000 - $1,500
- Segment 2: Rated for approximately 5,000 copies per month, with prices around $1,500 - $3,500

address and hit the green button, and the machine scans it and its off.
Some machines have the enhanced feature to color scan documents into a network folder or email as a color .JPG document.
